An Ordinance approving Modification No. 3 to the Agreement dated April 17, 2017 (RFQ No. 422-32272) between the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, and Olsson, for professional engineering services for SW 3rd Street Improvements from Pryor Road to Murray Road for an increase of $52,476.00 with a not to exceed amount of $662,229.00, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement of the same for the City of Lee’s Summit, MIssouri.

Key Issues:
· The 3rd Street Improvements Project was funded from the cost savings accrued in the 2007 CIP Sales Tax renewal fund.
· The City and Olsson entered into an agreement dated April 17, 2017 (RFQ No. 422-32272) for professional engineering services.
· The City desires to modify the base agreement with Olsson to provide additional engineering services during construction.
