Property Reserve (PR) / Land Reserve (LR) Status Update
Key Issues:
This is a brief update on the coordination efforts occurring regarding the Property Reserve and Land Reserve Properties.
Background:
Property Reserve, formerly know as Property Reserve, Inc. currently owns approximately 4,205 acres of property within Lee's Summit. Over the next several years, Property Reserve will be transferring portions of that land to Land Reserve, formerly known as Suburban Land Reserve, for the purpose of developing the property. Coordination efforts to prepare for this future development have been ongoing.
