Applicant requesting approval of a Preliminary Development Plan to permit the development of 102 NW Orchard Street with one (1) duplex residential building.

Recommendation

With the condition of approval listed below, the application meets the standards and goals of the Ignite! Comprehensive Plan.

 

1.  The development shall be in accordance with the preliminary development plan revision dated August 18, 2025, and building elevations uploaded August 20, 2025.

2.  An engineered plot plan will be required as part of the building permit submittal.
