Issue/Request:
The City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri (the “City”) engaged Bellesage Partners to assist with the implementation of Fire Payroll methodology changes. Bellesage Partners has demonstrated expertise in Workday and has become a trusted partner, possessing familiarity with the City of Lee’s Summit Workday configuration and existing payroll issues. City’s current Scope of Work with Bellesage Partners is reaching $75,000 and would be exceeded by the additional scope of work for Payroll Support in an additional amount of $49,000.
Bellesage Partners will provide payroll support and fixes for payment in the additional amount of $49,000 for a total not to exceed price of $124,000.00.

I move to recommend approval to the full City Council an Ordinance approving the Statement of Work for professional services with Bellesage Partners to provide supplemental payroll support and Workday payroll system fixes and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
