· The project will be funded from the voter-approved 2017 CIP Sales Tax Renewal.
· Public Works Engineering issued an advertisement for bids for the construction of Project No. 997 on September 24, 2024, in accordance with state and federal statutes and local policies.
· Radmacher Brothers Excavating Company, Inc. was determined to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by City staff.
· The City and Contractor desire to enter into an agreement for Project No. 997.
