An Ordinance accepting Final Plat entitled, “East Village, 2nd Plat, Lots 2-13 & Tracts A-B”, as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Issue/Request:

The applicant seeks approval for East Village, 2nd Plat, Lots 2-13 & Tracts A-B.  The proposed final plat consists of twelve (12) lots and two (2) common area tracts.  The subject application is related to the preliminary development plan, which also served as the preliminary plat, for the East Village development, which was approved in 2025.

 

Proposed Planning Commission Motion:

I move to recommend APPROVAL of Appl. #PL2026-094 - FINAL PLAT - East Village, 2nd Plat, Lots 2-13 & Tracts A-B; Engineering Solutions, LLC, applicant.

Recommendation

Recommendation: Based on staff’s review and finding that the application meets the applicable requirements of the UDO and the Design & Construction Manual, staff supports the proposed plat, subject to the condition of approval contained in the staff report.
