The applicant requests renewal of the Special Use Permit to allow the continued operation of the trailer sales and services facility for an additional 25-year period.

Recommendation
Recommendation: Based on staff’s review and finding that the application meets the applicable requirements of the UDO, staff supports the proposed application, subject to the conditions of approval outlined below.
1. The southern driveway shall be removed when the property to the south is developed, and a joint access shall be constructed to serve both properties.
2. The special use permit shall be granted for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of approval.
