Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving the award of the Workday Order Form #00491342 for the Labor Optimization Module
Key Issues:
-Enhance the City's Workday ERP system to expand the services to include the additional module which enhances the current Workday subscriptions for optimizing schedules; leverage labor demand data when creating schedules with the ability to measure how well schedules are optimized for Police and align the subscription with the Workday main subscription renewals.
-Enhance the use for scheduling and labor optimization for Parks and the Airport.
-Funding included in the FY26 General Fund Budget
-Main Subscription Agreement term was 10 years. The subject subscriptions will be aligned with the Subscription Fees for the remaining 9 years of the Main Subscription Agreement totaling $180,090.

FIRST MOTION: I move for second reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a Workday Order for the labor optimization subscription for a not to exceed total amount of $180,090, over nine years, with $21,174 budgeted in FY26 and further authorizing the City Manager to execute any subsequent renewals for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
SECOND MOTION: I move for adoption of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a Workday Order for the labor optimization subscription for a not to exceed total amount of $180,090, over nine years, with $21,174 budgeted in FY26 and further authorizing the City Manager to execute any subsequent renewals for the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
