Review of the Human Resources Assessment by the Novak Consulting Group

 

Key Issues:

On June 15, 2017, the City Council approved a contract with Novak Consulting Group to conduct a Human Resources Assessment.  The purpose of the assessment was to review HR business practices and organizational needs for HR.  Novak has completed their work and will present their findings.
