Issue/Request:
Approval of PSA between the City and the Downtown Lee's Summit Main Street (DLSMS).
Background:
Finance and Budget Committee recommended funding DLSMS's request and preparing a PSA to go directly to Council.
The Council has approved a short term extension of the previous PSA while this request is under consideration.
The attached PSA includes the recommended funding, updates compliance and progress reporting requirements, and accounts for monies received during the extension agreement.
DLSMS supports the terms of the agreement.

Committee Recommendation: The Finance and Budget Committee approved the funding request amounts, but directed that the PSA come straight to City Council.
