City of Lee's Summit Topic: Charter Review Commission

Mr. Head will provide an overview of the purpose and work to be conducted in 2026 for the appointed Charter Review Commission.

 

Per the current Charter of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Section 14.8, "no less than every ten years, the Council shall provide for a Charter Review Commission to review this Charter and to recommend to the voters of the city proposed amendments, if any, to this Charter."
