An Ordinance approving a development agreement between The Streets of West Pryor, LLC and The City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, for the Streets of West Pryor Development.
Key Issues:
Attached is a Development Agreement covering the construction of certain off-site improvements required to serve the Streets of West Pryor Development.
On December 18, 2018, the City Council concluded a public hearing for Application #PL2018098, for a preliminary development plan for the development of approximately 72.73 acres of land generally lying at the northwest corner of NW Pryor Road and NW Lowenstein Drive.
On January 8, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 8531 which approved Application #PL2018098, subject to certain conditions of approval, one of which was a requirement that the Developer enter into a development agreement with the City to provide for certain off-site improvements necessary for the Development.
The approval and execution of the attached Development Agreement fulfills the ordinance requirement as required in the preliminary development plan.

I move for adoption of an Ordinance approving a development agreement between The Streets of West Pryor, LLC and The City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, for the Streets of West Pryor Development.
