Mr. Park will provide an overview of the initiative to consider contracting for citywide residential solid waste collection services to be placed on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Information for this matter may be referenced within the Council packet by accessing Bill No 26-006, agenda item 10D which will be considered for second reading and adoption at the January 13, 2026 City Council meeting.
