Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving the award of RFQ No. 2025-011 for Professional Engineering Services for the SE Douglas Street Improvements (Blue Parkway to 4th Street) Project to Wilson & Company, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $797,930.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
Key Issues:
· The SE Douglas Street Improvements project was authorized by voters as part of the April 2023 No Tax Increase Bonds for transportation purposes.
· City Council formally programmed funding for the project as part of the FY2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
· City Staff Issued RFQ No. 2025-011 to conduct a Qualification Based Selection for professional engineering services, in accordance with state statutes and local procurement policies.
· Wilson & Company, Inc. was selected for the project and satisfactorily conducted negotiations for scope and fee with City Staff. The scope and fee is typical for this type of project.

I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance approving the award of RFQ No. 2025-011 for Professional Engineering Services for the SE Douglas Street Improvements (Blue Parkway to 4th Street) Project to Wilson & Company, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $797,930.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the same.
