Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving a contract between the City and McConnell & Associates Corporation, to purchase pavement maintenance and repair as needed and ratifying the City Manger's execution of the same for the City to allow for expanded spending authority.
 
Key Issues:
-The City has need to have pavement maintenance and repair work as needed
-The Parks and Recreation Department is the main user of Contract No. 2019-077 and was approved by the Park Board for the use of Park's funds
-The City has additional work needed this fall that will exceed $50,000.00, therefore Contract No. 2019-077 needs to be approved by the Council per the Procurement Policy
-The funds for the City work was approved as a part of the FY23 Budget
