Review RFP Scope of Services for State and Federal Lobbyist

In 2023 the City published a request for proposals (RFP) for State lobbying services. The term of the service was for three years. The final year of that contract ends on November 30, 2026. In 2025, that contract was amended for one year to include Federal lobbying services using the same firm as for the State services. During recent LIRC and City Council meetings the Committee and Council have expressed a desire to continue with both Federal and State services. Attached is the modified scope of services combining both services for your consideration.
