Title

Goppet Acres ordinance will be paused between 1st and 2nd reading to allow for all public infrastructure be constructed or for the applicant to provide the City with a letter of credit to cover the cost of any remaining work.

I move for adoption of an Ordinance accepting final plat entitled Goppert Acres, Lots 1A-1F & Tract A, as a subdivision to the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
