An Ordinance vacating a private access and utility easement located at 2320 SE Blue Parkway in the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Body

Issue/Request:

The applicant requests to vacate a 12.5-ft. private access and utility easement running north-south on the subject property. A utility easement will remain along the SE Blue Parkway frontage and a 25-ft. wide private access easement exists and will remain over the western property line.      

 

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for a second reading of an Ordinance vacating a private access and utility easement located at 2320 SE Blue Parkway in the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Recommendation

The application meets the recommendations of the Ignite! Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of the UDO.

 

Committee Recommendation

A motion was made by Commissioner Trafton, seconded by Commissioner Touzinsky, that this application be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
