This item is intended to provide the Committee with an update on the current minimum residential parking requirements in Lee's Summit. The presentation will cover current requirements, a comparison with similar cities, and the cost of building residential parking and how those costs affect the price of housing. The discussion is intended to facilitate a conversation with the Committee, solicit feedback on the current parking requirements, and seek guidance on potential next steps or other opportunities to improve the City's approach to parking ratios.
