ISSUE:
Each year the City Council adopts a State Intergovernmental Program. The program guides the City's intergovernmental activities with both the State General Assembly, as well as, other state offices and agencies regarding legislation, rulemaking, policies, and practices. It allows the Mayor, Council, and staff to be able to provide information and feedback to our state delegation and officers in timely manner.
MOTION:
I move for approval of A RESOLUTION ADOPTING STATE INTERGOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM.

Committee Recommendation: The Legislative and Intergovernmental Relations Committee recommended approval of the State Intergovernmental Program.
