The City Council requested a general update from the developer of record under the New Longview TIF Plan regarding ongoing and upcoming development projects in the Longview area. This is a general update for informational purposes and no Council action is requested.
Background:
Box Real Estate Development became the Developer of record under the New Longview TIF Plan and the TIF Contract in January 2022. The company owns the majority of the remaining undeveloped property in the Longview area.
