A Resolution approving the appointment of an successor directors to the board of directors of the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District.

Approval of the proposed Resolution will appoint an successor directors to the Board of Directors of the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District. 

 

Proposed City Council Motion:

I move for adoption of a Resolution approving the appointment of an successor directors to the board of directors of the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District.

 

Background:

The Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District was formed pursuant to the direction of the City Council which was provided through the adoption of Ordinance No. 6225 on July 27, 2006. 

 

The Board of Directors met on August 15, 2023 and voted unanimously to approve the reappointment of Steve Caffey and Russ Cline to the Board of Directors for the Raintree 150 Center Community Improvement District. Both terms expiring in July 2026.
