Issue/Request:

An Ordinance approving Amendment No. 9 to the budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, as adopted by Ordinances 10132, 10133,10136,10137, and 10138, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.

 

Key Issues:

The purpose of this amendment is to adjust the spend authorization for cost centers that may have expenses that exceeded their authorized spending authority for FY26. 

 

Proposed Committee Motion:

I move to recommend to City Council approval of an Ordinance approving Amendment No. 9 to the budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, as adopted by Ordinances 10132, 10133,10136,10137, and 10138, by amending the authorized expenditures for the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri.
