Issue/Request:
Review FY17 Snow Plan. Update the City Council on the goals of the Snow Plan, timing of winter storms and Public Works response, technology used to assure streets are plowed, new equipment purchases, and timeline for full implimenation of approved equipment, and reccommended changes to improve the snow control program.
