Issue/Request:
An Ordinance approving a new 5-year Support Agreement with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC, for ongoing support and maintenance for the Pro Suite Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management System (CAD/RMS) and mobile platform used by the Police Department
Key Issues:
The original 5-year Support Agreement, signed in 2018, is expiring. The Police Department is satisfied with this application suite and desires to renew the contract for another 5 years.
Support for the software is only available from the company (Centralsquare Technologies LLC.) that sells the software.
The total will be paid over five fiscal years, with annual payments as outlined below:
FY2024 $ 90,613.93
FY2025 $ 98,349.77
FY2026 $102,283.77
FY2027 $106,375.12
FY2028 $110,630.12
The annual increase is 4% per year.

Background:
In September 2018, an award was made via RFP 2018-078 for the purchase, implementation and maintenance of a Police CAD/RMS Solution to Central Square Technologies, LLC. This agenda item is requesting approval for a new 5-year contract for Central Square Technologies, LLC, to provide product updates and support of their Pro Suite solution.
The original agreement was passed as Ordinance #8456 in 2018.
Impact/Analysis:
Annual payments will increase as expansion licenses are purchased.
