Issue/Request:
The State of Missouri passed new laws governing telecommunication towers. The Uniform Wireless Communications Infrastructure Deployment Act established certain "Prohibited acts by authority" with respect to the consideration of such applications. UDO Article 10 Section 10.600 Telecommunication towers/antennas is being amended to comply with the new statutes.
Recommendation
Recommendation: Staff requests authorization to proceed on with the proposed amendment to the Planning Commission for public hearing
