Attached is the Draft Final Strategic Plan. The plan is in two parts, the Strategic Plan which will be an outward facing document, and the Tactical Plan which will be used by our staff to track progress on the tactics which support our Goals and Strategies. We have included in this plan the items discussed by our team, the Water Utilities Advisory Board, the City Administration, and the best practices brought forward by our consultant. The goal of this presentation and the discussion is to finalize the Strategic Plan for presentation to the Public Works Committee and City Council and adoption by the Utility .
