AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN HIGHLAND MEADOWS DEVELOPERS, LLC AND THE CITY OF LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI, FOR HIGHLAND MEADOWS, 4TH PLAT DEVELOPMENT.
Key Issues:
Attached is a Development Agreement covering the construction of certain off-site waterline, sidewalk, and sanitary sewer improvements required to serve Highland Meadows, 4th Plat.
On January 12, 2016, the Planning Commission concluded a review for Application #PL2015-117, for a final plat of 14.11 acres of land generally lying at or about SW 11th Terrace and SW Heather Drive, owned by Highland Meadows Developers, LLC (“Developer”), which will be developed as Highland Meadows, 4th Plat ("Development").
The attached Development Agreement addresses the off-site requirements for a development agreement.

FIRST MOTION: I move for a second reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN HIGHLAND MEADOWS DEVELOPERS, LLC AND THE CITY OF LEE'S SUMMIT, MISSOURI, FOR THE SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT.
