Background:
Sidewalk Gap Phase 3 will be looking to construct sidewalk in several areas within the City providing connectivity to schools, parks and other City owned areas like Downtown Green Street. The City is looking to enter into an agreement with Affinis Corporation to provide the base survey data to be used in the development of plans for the project going forward.
Impact/Analysis:
• If not approved, Staff will be unable to perform sidewalk design work in complex areas that needs survey services.
• There is no additional fiscal impact; funding will be provided by specific projects or programs authorized by the annually approved City Budget.
