Issue/Request:
The City of Lee's Summit requests to purchase of Workday Success Plan to provide ERP technical Support and Flex Credits for utilization of AI agents. The Workday Flex Credits are a usage-based model for AI and platform access.
Background/Key Issues:
The Workday Success Plan provides direct access to the Workday specialist/Professional Services which will provide training and assistance to staff using Workday. $72,600 of funds remaining for training will be transferred to the Workday Success Plan.
Workday Flex Credits are credits purchased in bulk and applied as needed to City projects. The City will have immediate access to Workday's latest AI innovations and capabilities as they are released.
